Great architecture inspires
It makes young people, and those who teach them, feel proud and invested in. The new building is designed in the style of the mill - the mills that brought diversity to the community of Oldham. The school celebrates diversity and industry - it complements and enhances the town-centre environment, and with the stained glass mullion windows designed and donated by our patron Sir Brian Clarke, creates something very special for our young people and community.
Since it's inception, The Brian Clarke CE Academy has cemented its position as a successful secondary school choice for the young people of Oldham and neighbouring towns. With year-on-year growth for applications, it is seen as many parents' first choice school with over 1200 applications received for places in 2025/26.
