Building belonging.

All of our people contribute to our culture.

As we grow, it is our commitment that we grow our identity together, through relationships, developing belonging and inclusively building who we can be and who we are meant to be within our Cranmer community. We will do this through our leaders, through our strategic meetings, teaching leadership communities, our executive committee, staff development, culture and systems and other collaborative networks.

We celebrate our achievements together and we intentionally create opportunties for healthy competition in showcasing our creativity. Through the annual Cranmer Games, staff and students participate in rounders, football and a quiz.  "Cranmer Poets" (where the 2025 theme was ‘belonging’) is another opportunity for showcasing talents, together, as one family.
