Our strategic leadership team, led by Chief Executive Julie Hollis, brings the collaborative strategy to life. This is our SLT, where we work together on joint purpose, direction, and priorities, maximising the expertise and capacity we have to support all our schools in their ambitions, and challenges.

We are entirely focused on growing our culture and capacity as a highly effective trust.

Executive Team

Our schools are supported by the Executive Team.

We deliberately run a lean centre. School improvement doesn’t happen in a vacuum; headteachers need to understand all aspects of a complex organisation, and the executive team supports them to deliver. This includes financial effectiveness, sustainability, capital and estates planning, and managing risks.

Heads and leaders also need reliable HR advice, clear policies and procedures, and ICT services that are robust, cyber-secure, and well-managed. Through Marketing and Creative, we help schools communicate their values, strengthen their presence on and offline, and build reputation.

Our small team ensures schools have clarity and support without being burdened by bureaucracy. Everything is rooted in strong relationships, transparency, and open communication, with staff predominantly based in schools.
