During November 2024, Cranmer saw some of the best results Edurio have ever seen which are significantly above their benchmarks. With 74% of staff responding the results of the survey showed that staff at Cranmer are far more likely to stay with their current employer than the national average. General job satisfaction is 9% above benchmarks. Staff were candid in their survey responses and were positive about being able to openly voice work-related concerns to leadership. Many staff reported being positive about being able to get support with admin and data management.
The areas that really stood out above national averages in the results were those around staff support and relationships and professional support from line managers. But there will always be areas to improve upon and as a trust, we are committed to identifying what those areas are and working with staff on them.
We are incredibly grateful to staff for a significantly high return with contextualised answers and comments. This gives the trust the information to develop our wellbeing culture.
